PAYMENT - Credit Cards are accepted on all orders (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). All first time orders require “Payment in Full”, after the first order a request to open an account with SUNRISE SUPPLY can be made. Any orders under $100 must be paid in full with credit card or check.

|
TAX – SUNRISE SUPPLY only charges sales tax for state of Arizona. Customers in the other states will be held accountable for reporting their sales tax to their local government.
|
|
|
PROOFING – One free proof on all custom orders or imprinted items. Additional proofs will be charged $20.00. If there is a discrepancy in the artwork which is our error, a new proof at “No Charge” will be issued. All custom orders must be approved and signed before production will begin.

|

SHIPPING – Shipping and handling charges are not included in the prices shown, unless notated with the product information. Some items may be shipped at different times depending on stock and production. Charges will reflect one shipping rate and items may arrive separately. Custom orders or imprinted orders may take up to 14 working days.

|
BACK ORDER POLICY – As a customer of SUNRISE SUPPLY we will notify you immediately if a product you have requested is back ordered and give an anticipated date of shipment. You will not be billed for a back ordered product until it ships.

|
|
EXCHANGE POLICY – If you are not fully satisfied with SUNRISE SUPPLY’S stocked product you may return it within 30 days of purchase, shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom orders may only be returned if SUNRISE SUPPLY did not follow written proof approval instructions, or defects are present at time of delivery. Returned stock items will have a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. All shipping on returns is the customers responsibility unless order was shipped in error.

CORPORATE SPECIFICATION POLICIES – Corporately owned or Franchised hotel chains which have specific Corporate printing specifications, and would like to make changes or deviate from the specifications, a Release Waiver must be submitted. Only after a signed Release Waiver can SUNRISE SUPPLY print and produce products for your company, without harm or liability.
